What’s with the name?

“How are you? I am fine.” is a phrase that originated over at The Sarcastic Voyage Podcast. From the moment I heard it, I loved it. Now when I’m annoyed at something or love something or am talking about something I often use the phrase. For example, let’s say I’m eating cookies, I would say (or tweet), “Dear cookies, how are you? I am fine. You are delicious. Your pal, Mallory”.
